On
Northend Road Market we found vegetables we have never seen before! So I decided to make a three-course-strange-vegetable-cook-in.
Taro Root
They taste like potatoes but more intensive. The crisps we made were very good!

Bitter Melon/Gourd/Squash
We made a Risotto with it which tasted good – without bitter melon. The flavour of this vegetable is … bitter!!!
Chayote
The flavour is difficult to describe, one can say between courgette and pear. Especially tepid a pleasure!

here in canada its very difficult to bread like this
unfortunately this is not my kitchen ^^
i was very happy to find this bread, usually the shops sell just white bread (toast)
